is KingRoot Safe Tool

I have repesent some arguevement about Android users,

Vickers Carter, Fan or all things Android Root and Roms

Without knowing the phone this can not be answered all that well But I will say if you really want to root your phone it is way safer to fined a method on XDA by doing a search using your phone model and sub model. If the phone you have is some not well known brand and nothing showed on XDA then it would be worth trying a rooting app these are often full of spy ware so only use if you really really need to but then you need to follow the last link to get a truly usable stable root on your phone.

Root – [Script] Replace KingoRoot with SuperSU

And after you have done all that (if you do all that) you will need a custom recovery if you are going to want to change to a custom rom. TWRP is the best but again with not knowing your phone I can only link you to more reading so have a read of the link and if it is to use custom roms that you want root then download the app it will get you to chose your device if it is not on the list in the app your phone may not be supported but do another search in XDA as there may be an unofficial one for your phone. you are welcome to ask for more help in the comments

Which is the best Android rooting tool right now?

No doubt the answer is SuperSU Pro. SuperSU Pro which can be named as the best android rooting tool right now. this is complete free tool for any user, Right now SuperSU Pro is compatible with all Android versions including the new Android Nougat. The reason your phone prevents you from using that app would be either because you forgot to check the “allow apps outside of play store to be installed” checkmark,or it’s the os,trying to prevent you from voiding your warrantry.

Cause you see, rooting means modifying the os slightly, or at least, changing your permissions, which can be dangerous, and because of that, they want you to not do so without being fully aware of the risks, and once rooted, you could remove the preinstalled apps, which the phone manufacturers want you to keep,so as to try to get you to use their services.

Don’t worry about it. It’s normal.
